The village of Dyffryn Ardudwy (pronounced Diffrin Ardidwee) is 4 miles north of Barmouth and 5 miles south of Harlech on the A496. Not far from Llanbedr Airfield. By car, on the A496, there are two bends near the middle of the village and the driveway leading to Streamside is near the junction with FFordd y Briws, close to the northern bend. There is what used to be a hotel sign, and a sign saying "Private". Take the narrow driveway into what was the hotel, around a sharp left hand bend, then follow the drive past the old hotel (it will be on your left). Keep going to the end of the lane (Streamside).
By train (the Cambrian line between Barmouth and Porthmadog) alight at Dyffryn Ardudwy station (tell the conductor well in advance where you want to alight). When walking toward the village, take the first left turn. Pass the church on your left and continue for 250 metres then turn right. The road meets the A496 and the driveway leading to Streamside is on the opposite side of the A496.
